Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to open/close store at least 3 times per week and two weekend shifts per month.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting shopping environment.
• Share product knowledge and promotions to customize shopper solutions.
• Support store management and assist with daily tasks and store operations.
• Help customers find cards and gifts that meet their needs.
• Open/close duties and daily housekeeping and stockroom duties.
• Deliver an outstanding shopping experience that encourages return visits.
• Work with team to meet store sales goals and ensure customers leave with all needed items.
