Little Green Apple is seeking a part-time Sales Leader who is energetic, friendly, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. The role focuses on sales, service, and relationship-building, with responsibilities including product knowledge sharing and assisting with daily tasks and store operations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in retail or customer service, be at least 18, and be able to open/close the store several times weekly while covering weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to open and close the store a minimum of three (3) times per week and work two weekend shifts per month.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting shopping environment.
• Provide product recommendations and solutions to customers.
• Support store management and assist with daily tasks.
• Assist customers in finding the right card and gift solutions.
• Handle store operations including stocking, merchandising, and curbside deliveries.
