Job summary

Little Green Apple is seeking a part-time Sales Leader for our Hallmark store to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. The role focuses on creating a warm shopping environment, providing product recommendations, and supporting store management with daily tasks.

You will help customers select cards and gifts, manage stockroom duties, and assist with curbside orders while upholding company policies and delivering a memorable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be able to open and close the store a minimum of three times per week, and also work two weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States

• Serves as support for store management with the team.

• Handling store operations: replenishment, merchandising, ringing sales, shipments, inventory, Hallmark.com orders, curbside deliveries.
• Delivering an exceptional consumer shopping experience and meeting sales goals.
• Working as a team to ensure customers leave with everything they need and more.
