Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Engage customers with product knowledge on fabric options, fit and features.
• Support store operations and collaborate with the Store Manager and team.
• Help meet and exceed store sales goals through proactive engagement.
• Train and provide feedback to associates per the Customer Experience Playbook.
