Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Cherry Creek store in Denver, CO. You will lead customer interactions, coach associates, and ensure a top-tier shopping experience that blends online and in-store journeys.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and a dynamic team, driving sales, training, and store standards while maintaining flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role focuses on delivering energy and style to every guest.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store including events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to inspire associates to meet goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
