Fabletics is seeking a Retail Part-Time Sales Lead for our Westfield Southcenter location in Seattle, WA. You will lead the in-store customer experience, train associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to meet sales goals and maintain merchandising standards.

This role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, fit, and product features. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience required.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, running, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers, employees and partners.
• Ability to work with large teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity, initiative, and a proactive mindset.
• Experience with retail inventory and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer experience and drive sales KPIs in-store.
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, fit, and features.
• Train and give feedback to team using Customer Experience Playbook.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on inventory and training needs.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping journey.
• Open to evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
