Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our St Louis Galleria store in St. Louis, MO.

You will report to the Store Manager and lead by example to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, while collaborating with a driven team to exceed sales targets and drive store performance. You will engage customers with product knowledge on fabrics, fit and function, and assist in promoting store events and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition and other healthy activities.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and drive sales goals.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to motivate associates and meet performance targets.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey.
• Support inventory and training needs to improve overall customer experience.
