Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Retail Part-Time Sales Lead for our West County Center location in St. Louis, MO to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and bridge online and in-store shopping.

You will work with a Store Manager and associates to engage customers about fabrics, fit, and features, drive store events, and train staff on the Customer Experience Playbook while aiming to exceed KPIs. 1 year of retail experience and flexible availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities.
• Ability to engage customers and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Physical ability to move, lift 10-30 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook.
• Support Store Manager and lead associates to meet goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines.
• Communicate inventory and training needs.
• Maintain safety and security standards.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required.
