Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead at West County Center in St. Louis, MO. You will report to the Store Manager and lead customer-experience initiatives, leveraging technology to connect online and in-store shopping.

Expect to train staff, drive sales, and maintain visual merchandising in a fast-paced team environment. You will engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and participate in store events while working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Familiar with active lifestyle products and gym apparel.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Partners.
• Work well with large teams and thrive in fast-paced settings.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to multi-task.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop.
• Offer feedback to Store Manager to improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a product knowledge resource to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards and report issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs.
