Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at San Marcos Premium Outlets in San Marcos, TX. You will guide the customer experience, lead store associates, and partner with the Store Manager to hit KPIs and deliver a best-in-class shopping journey across in-store and online channels.

Bring at least 1 year in retail, a passion for active lifestyle products, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail environment.
• Able to work onsite with a flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with product knowledge.
• Lead customer experience and drive KPI performance.
• Train and provide feedback using playbook.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to motivate associates.
• Maintain merchandising and store visuals.
• Handle inventory and light stocking.
• Work with events and promotions.
• Ensure safety standards.
