Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations, opening/closing, POS, and donations.
• Monitor KPIs to drive sales and profitability within budget.
• Schedule staff and provide coaching to optimize coverage and performance.
• Ensure customer and donor satisfaction and maintain community relations.
• Oversee security of cash, inventory, and store assets.
