Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is hiring a part-time retail associate to deliver outstanding customer service and keep the sales floor clean and inviting. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain visual displays to meet store goals.

The role requires reliability, ability to work evenings/weekends, and a willingness to pass a background check. Base pay is $13.00 per hour, with potential for additional responsibilities and consistent scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; combination with work experience considered.
• No previous experience required.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to store customers.
• Greet customers promptly and engage with them during their visit.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized sales floor and wrap desks.
• Handle customer transactions quickly and accurately within cash handling guidelines.
• Assist with stocking, visual presentation, and updating end caps and displays.
