Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a part-time Retail Janitor to perform custodial duties at a retail store, ensuring Goodwill standards are met. The role requires availability for evenings and weekends, with a fluctuating schedule based on business needs.

Pay is $16.45 per hour, with Daily Pay option. Part-time benefits include paid holidays, sick leave, jury duty, bereavement leave, and a retirement plan with pre-tax or Roth contributions. Must be 18+ and PSLF-eligible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One year custodial experience is preferred.
• Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, bending and lifting up to eight (8) hours per day.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays with occasional overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean buildings by emptying trash and cleaning surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces.
• Vacuum or steam-clean carpets.
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces.
