Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Sales Floor in Grand Junction. You will ensure the sales floor is well stocked and presentable, interact with customers, and maintain a clean store environment. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required for this part-time role.

Responsibilities include assisting on the floor, pricing guidance, and supporting other departments as needed to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Prior visual merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-stocked, organized sales floor with presentable products.
• Interact with customers and provide excellent service.
• Assist with pricing accuracy and product placement per company standards.
• Rotate unsold or old stock to refresh selections and support sales.
• Follow safety policies and contribute to a clean, safe store environment.
