Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to support store operations. The role covers cash handling, donation processing, and varied duties as Cashier, Textiles or Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, or Rack or Cart Runner.

You will work with the store management team to help reach goals, maintain a tidy sales floor, and provide excellent customer service while upholding Goodwill’s values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; capability and prior experience valued.

Responsabilités

• Rings up orders, maintains a balanced drawer, follows cash handling procedures.
• Sorts textiles/wares for quality and pricing, tags and stocks items.
• Accepts donations, sorts products, keeps donation door clean and organized.
• Develops ClickGoodwill items, tags, packs, and educates team on eCommerce items.
• Scans and packs totes for ClickGoodwill, identifies top sellers.
• Inspects racks/carts, merchandises, maintains tidy sales floor.
