Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to support the store management team in achieving daily goals. You may rotate through roles like Cashier, Textiles or Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, and eCommerce Producer, learning a variety of duties as needed.

You will handle cash, assist customers, maintain the sales floor, and help with donations, merchandising, and backroom organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and customer service is helpful.
• Ability to learn multiple store roles and adapt to duties.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders and maintains a balanced drawer.
• Assists customers and educates them about Goodwill programs.
• Maintains clean sales floor and organizes merchandise.
• Sorts donated items and supports backroom organization.
• Supports donation door operations and unit rotation on the floor.
• Assists with eCommerce related packing and shipping tasks.
