Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to support store operations across multiple roles including Cashier, Textiles/Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, and Rack/Cart Runner. The role involves cash handling, sorting, packaging for ClickGoodwill, and maintaining a clean sales floor.

No degree is required; candidates should demonstrate customer focus, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• No degree required; capability and transferable experience valued.
• Customer focus and ability to educate customers about Goodwill programs.
• Teamwork and collaboration to help store achieve goals.
• Ethical and confidential handling of information and procedures.

• Familiarity with computers and basic software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cashier duties including ringing up orders and balancing drawers.
• Quality check of textiles/wares, labeling and tagging per standards.
• Assist donation door, sort and organize backroom, load/unload trucks as needed.
• Develops eCommerce packing, tagging, and shipping to ClickGoodwill.
• Process e-Books for ClickGoodwill and manage in-store displays.
• Refresh racks and carts, maintain clean, merchandised sales floor.
