Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to join the store team. The role spans Cashier, Textiles or Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, and Rack or Cart Runner, supporting store operations and customer service.

Responsibilities include cash handling, floor cleanliness, donation processing, eCommerce packaging, and collaborative teamwork to meet store goals and give customers a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, and follows cash handling procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of the sales floor and organizes merchandise.
• Loads and unloads trucks and operates a pallet jack and other heavy equipment as needed.
• Develops a keen eye to identify items of value for ClickGoodwill and packs/totes for shipping.
• Scans and sorts donations, organizes backroom areas, and assists with eCommerce and ClickGoodwill activities.
• Checks racks and carts for quality and value, merchandises, and maintains orderly sales floor.
