Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is hiring part-time Retail Associates at our Bloomington, IN location. You may serve as Cashier, Textiles or Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, or Rack/Cart Runner, depending on the needs of the store.

Evening/night and weekend availability is preferred. Duties include cash handling, customer education, donation processing, and maintaining orderly, safe sales floors while supporting store operations and budget

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, and follows cash handling procedures.
• Provides information about Goodwill programs and directs questions as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and merchandising of the sales floor.
• Sorts and processes donations and ensures organized backroom operations.
• Follows safety procedures and supports store goals through various roles.
