Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Part-Time Retail Associate at our Indianapolis location. You may learn and perform roles such as Cashier, Textiles/WAres Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, and Rack/Cart Runner as part of daily operations.

Responsibilities include ringing up sales, maintaining a balanced drawer, educating customers, and helping keep the store floor clean and organized. Training is provided for varied duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist multiple roles: Cashier, Textiles or Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, Rack or Cart Runner.
• Rings up customer orders, balances drawer, and follows cash handling procedures.
• Sorts products for quality and value; updates daily production tracking.
• Loads/unloads trucks and operates pallet jack and related equipment.
• Maintains clean, organized sales floor and backroom.
