Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate for our Santa Anita location in Arcadia, CA. You will engage customers, explain fabrics and fit, and help connect online and in-store shopping experiences.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires a motivated, energetic individual able to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. You will join a close-knit team with opportunities for growth, employee discounts, and a flexible schedule while delivering best-in-class service to customers

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle products (fitness, yoga, running).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide knowledge on products and fabrics to drive sales.
• Maintain store merchandising and assist with inventory/stock as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays onsite.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and team to achieve sales goals and store objectives.
