Job summary

Fabletics, a leading activewear retailer, is seeking a Part-Time Retail Store Associate for our Westfield Century City location in Los Angeles, CA. You will help customers connect their online and in-store experiences with friendly service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with customers and explain product features.
• Able to lift and move boxes 10–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Engage customers in-store and during events to drive sales.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines for easy shopping.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain safety and security standards and report issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.
