Job summary

Fabletics is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our location at Santa Anita in Arcadia, CA! You will lead a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, blending online and in-store shopping. Work with the Store Manager to train associates, drive KPIs, and execute in-store events and promotions.

You are energetic, self-starting, and enjoy engaging with customers. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, running or other healthy activities.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Actively engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team goals in coordination with the Store Manager.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping journey.
• Offer feedback to Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive to meet/exceed store objectives for Performance, Productivity, Efficiency and Quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs.
