Job summary

Fabletics is seeking driven Part-Time Store Associates for our Downtown Summerlin location in Las Vegas, NV. You will deliver a best-in-class retail experience and empower customers to connect their online and in-store journeys.

You will work with a dynamic team led by the Store Manager, engaging shoppers with knowledge of fabrics, fit, and function, and helping to hit sales goals. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of fabrics, features, fit and function of products is a plus.
• Ability to interact with customers and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Unpack boxes for inventory and stock shelves.
• Engage customers and provide product knowledge on fabrics, fit and function.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
