Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and brands is a plus.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and partners in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with inventory and POS systems is helpful.
• Self-motivated with good communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey.
• Meet and strive to exceed store objectives related to sales and performance.
• Support inventory handling and assist with stocking as needed.
• Maintain safety and security standards and assist with training needs.
