Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work with store teams to showcase Hallmark products, manage displays, and maintain inventory across assigned retailers. You will travel to partner outlets, build retailer relationships, and support seasonal resets as needed.

This role requires independence, strong time management, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends during seasonal changes. Training is provided along with opportunities for voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: expect additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department Resets: assist with installations, remodeling, and relocating Card departments.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers to support your territory.
