Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, partnering with store teams to optimize product placement, manage inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations.

The role emphasizes independence, organization, and time management, with responsibilities across day-to-day engagement, holiday support, department resets, and collaboration within the One Team network.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to read documents and interpret information.
• Have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in stores using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours during holidays and potential weekend work.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and relocations; two weeks' notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support team members in their territories.
