Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory across various retail stores. You will use a mobile device to manage displays, restock, and ensure on-shelf availability, serving as the face of Hallmark in assigned locations.

The role requires 5–10 hours weekly, occasional holiday coverage, and prior experience with store merchandising. Training is provided, and part-time employees have access to voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• You’re able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around major holidays; may work on holidays and weekends.
• Department resets: assist in installations, fixtures, and relocation of card sections; remodels announced two weeks ahead.
