Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, independently showcasing organization and time management skills. You will optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets, installations, and team collaboration across store networks.

The role involves heavy use of a handheld device, frequent travel to assigned stores, and flexibility to work around holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a handheld device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: work extra days and extended hours around major holidays with possible weekend work.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and department relocations, often with advance notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers across territories to support the network.
