Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores. You will stock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products, collaborate with store teams, and support seasonal resets and installations.

The role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays and may involve working evenings. You'll be the face of Hallmark in stores, engaging with customers and store staff, and maintaining inventory across locations using a mobile device.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can read, write and understand English.
• You can grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the department using a mobile device.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: install fixtures, relocate cards, and reset sections with advance notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers across territories as needed.
