Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part‑time Merchandiser to work in retail locations across our service area. You will stock, display, and monitor Hallmark product placement, collaborate with store teams, and support seasonal resets and installations with professionalism and reliability.

Expect a variable weekly schedule, 10–15 hours, paid training, and access to voluntary benefits. You must have reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You can read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand‑held device to read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around major holidays, with potential work on holidays and weekends.
• Department resets: participate in installations, fixture setup, and remodel tasks with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support other teams as needed.
