You will drive customer engagement through promotions and social channels while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll lead operations, monitor payroll and schedules, and collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication and recruiting skills.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, reporting, and merchandising.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Retail is fast-paced and requires adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plans and goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
