You'll train new recruits, help meet sales targets, open/close the store, handle transactions, and share knowledge on trends. This role emphasizes leadership, supervision, and a strong team mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and train new recruits.
• Cover the sales floor and support the Store Manager as needed.
• Open and close the store when required.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales (BOPIS, curbside).
• Understand sales plan, KPIs, and store targets.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management.
• Help maintain stockroom organization and store cleanliness.
• Develop and retain a collaborative team to run the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
