Job summary

True Religion in Gilroy is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Gilroy Premium Store. Part-time role on the sales floor, leading shifts, coaching associates, and upholding brand standards while supporting the Store Manager.

You will drive KPIs, manage daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and maintain merchandising, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention. 1-3 years supervisory experience in fashion retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail supervisory or management in fashion.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Proven ability to support store KPIs (sales, payroll, shrink).
• Strong coaching and hands-on leadership.
• Experience supporting visual merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive store KPIs including sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink.
• Lead on the floor as Manager on Duty and guide shifts.
• Communicate priorities, goals, and expectations with the team.
• Coach and develop associates with ongoing feedback.
• Plan daily workload, staffing, and floor execution.
• Address challenges and support loss prevention and safety practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and model brand behaviors.
• Support scheduling and policy compliance; maintain merchandising standards.
• Complete other tasks as needed.
