Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Locust Grove, GA location. You will lead store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and train staff to meet sales goals while upholding brand standards.

In this role you will manage scheduling, cash handling, and inventory, plus mentor team members to foster a fun and inclusive environment and drive the selling strategy.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team and drive sales while minimizing loss.

• Capacity to work unsupervised and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store staff through LIDS Training Programs.
• Schedule and staff the store, including peak periods.
• Ensure customer service excellence and adherence to brand standards.
• Maintain store operations, cash handling, and inventory accuracy.
