BoxLunch in Colorado Springs is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support the store leadership team, train new recruits, and help hitting sales targets. Leverage your fandom knowledge to enhance customer experiences and keep operations running smoothly.

You will cover the floor, operate the register, and assist with merchandising while maintaining a welcoming environment for fans. A year of retail experience, 18+ and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail store experience is required.
• Avenger-like skills: strong communication, time management, professionalism and operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to navigate store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience, using product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction.
• Step in and provide leadership on the sales floor when needed.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with fandom knowledge.
• Understand store sales plan, KPIs, and merchandising goals.
• Assist with planogram changes and store layout updates.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Protect store operations from theft and manage stockroom organization.
• Support a collaborative team environment and store operations.
