Southern Tide is seeking a reliable Keyholder – Crew to join our store team, blending leadership with hands-on sales to deliver the coastal lifestyle experience.

You will assist daily operations, present and sell merchandise, learn the POS system, handle transactions, and support inventory and merchandising.

Requirements: 2+ years retail experience, HS diploma or GED, Excel/Word skills, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of the store and drive sales.
• Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand.
• Learn the POS system and handle routine transactions.
• Support inventory, cycle counts and merchandising.
• Build a personal client book and participate in meetings.
