Job summary

Southern Tide is seeking a Keyholder to support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist customers, understand the brand, and help grow sales with product knowledge and personal client development.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least two years of retail experience, plus strong computer skills (Excel and Word). Availability to work varied hours including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of retail experience is preferred.
• Advanced computer skills, specifically Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the Southern Tide retail store, including sales, serving customers, and safeguarding assets.
• Understand the brand, lifestyle, customers, and merchandise to present and sell accordingly.
• Build a personal client book and provide fashion suggestions to customers.
• Learn the POS system; perform routine transactions and assist with inventory transfers and opening/closing tasks.
• Share current product knowledge to enhance customer shopping experience and provide fashion Wardrobing advice.
• Participate in store meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales, displays, and operations.
