Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. La Cantera store seeks a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder to join our team and provide an outstanding in-store experience for customers.

You will perform opening/closing procedures, assist customers, and contribute to a smooth and welcoming shopping environment while supporting loyalty programs and merchandise awareness.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with iPad and point-of-sale registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Balances registers, prepares deposits, and activates the security system.
• Overrides at checkout when needed.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and inviting sales floor and stockroom.
• Delivers on the customer experience model.
• Drives credit and loyalty program participation.
• Executes store opening and closing procedures.
• Handles transactions quickly and accurately.
• Communicates issues and resolutions to Store Management.
