Job summary

PHOENIX, operator of Express and Bonobos, is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder for Glenbrook Square. You will help create a great in-store experience, execute opening and closing duties, and support customers from checkout to retention programs.

This role emphasizes teamwork and responsive service in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires availability for nights and weekends, basic tech skills (iPad, registers), and strong communication with customers and team

Qualifications

Education: High School or Equivalent.
0-2 years of relevant job experience (minimum 6 months).
Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

Opens and closes store procedures (balancing registers, deposits, security system).
Allows overrides at checkout as needed.
Maintains clean, safe, and inviting sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom.
Follows policies and procedures to ensure safety of all associates and customers.
Assists with product launch changes per SOP and supports customer experience.
