Qualifications

• Experience in retail inventory control, stock auditing, or retail operations.
• Familiarity with Shopify POS or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical confidence.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Jewelry or accessories retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled cycle counts and audits across stores.
• Reconcile physical stock with Shopify and inventory systems.
• Investigate discrepancies in receiving, transfers, sales, returns, and damages.
• Validate store-to-store and warehouse-to-store transfers.
• Check SKU labels, barcodes, and locations to prevent errors.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with managers to resolve discrepancies and document adjustments.
• Train retail teams on receiving, transfers, returns, and inventory handling.
• Maintain an inventory audit calendar and track issues to resolution.
• Provide a concise weekly report on accuracy, discrepancies, actions, and recommendations.
