Job summary

WIS International in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor – Inventory to coach and develop Inventory Associates, travel to retail locations, and maintain accuracy in stock counts with strong attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of inventory or similar experience, solid communication and time-management skills, and a valid driver’s license. The role offers paid training, scheduling flexibility, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
