Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure an exceptional in-store experience and smooth store operations.

You will lead opening and closing routines, operate the register, fulfill OMNI channel orders, and drive sales through strong product knowledge and fashion awareness, while building compelling visual displays and coaching the team to align with brand values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/leadership experience not required but leading groups is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
