Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC is seeking a Meta Retail Specialist for a part-time schedule to support a set territory of Meta retail displays in California. You will perform installations, maintenance, and merchandising tasks with basic hand tools and clock in 19-26 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or aptitude diagnosing display issues (lighting, fixtures, non-functioning buttons).
• Experience or aptitude for basic electronic/connectivity issues (cabling, power).

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations.
• Complete work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain displays.
• Perform installations, display builds and refreshes with fixtures, cabling and media players.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within 48–72 hour SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with planograms, brand standards and display requirements.
• Document and report all service activity on time.
• Merchandise replenishment and pricing/fact tag execution.
• Manage trunk stock inventory for replacements.
• Build strong relationships with in-store personnel.
