Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Meta Retail Specialist to manage a part-time route of retail displays, performing maintenance, minor repairs, installations, and refreshes while handling core merchandising tasks like inventory replenishment and planogram compliance.

The position offers 19-26 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 6 pm finish. Mileage and drive time are paid per policy; weekend work may be required with notice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving display issues including lighting, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons.
• Experience diagnosing basic electronic and connectivity issues including cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to established schedules and program requirements.
• Complete assigned work on time and minimize unnecessary rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain full functionality of displays.
• Execute installations, display builds, and refreshes with fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within 48-72 hour SLAs where required.
• Ensure compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements across locations.
• Document and report all service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
