Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a part-time Meta Retail Specialist to service a set territory of Meta retail displays. You will perform installations, refreshes, inventory replenishment, and planogram compliance with basic hand tools, following manufacturer standards to keep displays on-brand.

The position offers 19–26 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule and finishing by 6 pm. Mileage and drive time are paid, and occasional weekend work may be required with advance notice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing and resolving display issues, including lighting components and fixtures.
• Experience or aptitude for identifying and resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling and power.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route, adhering to schedules and program requirements.
• Complete work within set schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform installations, builds, and refreshes of displays and fixtures.
• Manage ad-hoc service requests within SLA targets (48–72 hours).
• Ensure compliance with planograms and brand standards across locations.
• Document and report service activity and outcomes on time.
