Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will handle cash register duties, assist with stocking, and help maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, basic math for cash handling, and teamwork across associates and leadership. Part-time opportunities at the Shillington store are available, with opportunities to take on front-end duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform repetitive movement with mobility.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain clean, welcoming store environment including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Maintain positive, respectful interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash/assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
