Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II at our Hatfield, PA location. You will assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and supporting customers, while cross-training to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed.

You will help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and deliver friendly, efficient service. This role emphasizes teamwork and going the extra mile for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or service industries preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner per productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and keeping areas neat and presentable.
• Maintaining a positive, safe environment with professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions while working the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
