Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience in Hildebran, North Carolina. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and keep the store clean and well-stocked.

You’ll be part of a team focused on friendly service, safety, and efficiency, handling unloading, stock replenishment, and basic store duties while maintaining professional interactions with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and basic store procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
