Qualifications

• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment in interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock bathrooms, floors, and trash as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
